Expanded Book Offerings on Neurodiversity.com · Sep 12, 01:45 PM

For the past year, a collection of books has been featured in the Autism Books section of Neurodiversity.com. That section is organized into thirty categories, with each listing accompanied by a publisher’s description (when available). It serves not only as a bookstore, but also as an annotated bibliography on autism, Asperger Syndrome, education, communication, psychology, and related subjects.

With a view to making these titles more readily accessible and enhancing the informational content of the site, I have begun to incorporate Amazon book listings into the link pages. My goal is to include relevant books on every single link page on the site—that is, about three hundred pages. Book listings on the link pages are brief, consisting of an image, title, author, price, and a link to Amazon.

This change means that visitors will be able to access the book listings in two ways. Via the Autism Books section, interested visitors will continue to be able to review on a single page all available books on one subject, including their content descriptions. It can be much more convenient to download all this material on a single pass, than to make multiple trips to Amazon to read descriptions of individual titles. Visitors to the links pages will be able to access related books on those pages as well, as well as the freely-available online information indexed there.

Your purchase of books through Neurodiversity.com helps to defray the expense of maintaining the site.

Happy browsing, and happy buying!
